Welcome, Exhibitors!

Registration is now open.

All exhibitors must register through this online registration site no later than May 11th.  We have limited exhibit space and it will sell out before May 11th.  There are also deadlines for listings on materials and signage before May 11th so please register right away to ensure that you make all appropriate company listings on signage and materials.

Please note that there is a different registration site for sponsors. Once you've processed your exhibitor registrations here, you may register as a sponsor by visiting the sponsor link at www.nysac.org/marketingopportunities

Event Access and Attendee Requirements

Please note that our events are not open to the public. Only registered exhibitors, sponsors, and non-county official registrants are permitted to attend. All attendees must wear our official event name badge to be present.

NYSAC reserves the right to reject or accept any and all registrations completed in this CVENT application without cause.

* You should plan to dedicate 20 minutes to this registration process. Don't forget to read all of the instructions from the top of each page to the bottom to ensure that you are entering the correct information in each section.

All exhibit reservations and registrations will be in pending approval status when you register. Once approval is granted, you will receive a second and final confirmation/invoice via email.
