Pre-Conference Registration Now Closed!

Third-party partners, consultants, lobbyists, or others you work with must register under their own company’s exhibit or sponsorship in order to network or attend the event.

New Registration Policy

• Meal Pre-Purchase Requirement:
  All meals must be pre-purchased as part of your registration package no later than August 22, 2025. Unfortunately, meals cannot be refunded after this date.  Meal tickets will not be available for purchase on-site due to pre-order requirements of the facility.
• On-Site Registration:
  For those who miss the registration deadline, on-site registration will be available during the conference, September 8-10, 2025. A $35 surcharge will apply to all on-site registrations.

Event Access and Attendee Requirements

Please note that our events are not open to the public. Only registered exhibitors, sponsors, and non-county official registrants are permitted to attend. All attendees must wear their 2025 Fall Seminar name badge to be present.

NYSAC reserves the right to reject or accept any and all registrations completed in this CVENT application without cause.
