WELCOME TO NYSAC's EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION SITE

Exhibitor Registration is open for those who have secured exhibit space and need to add attendees, update their information, add meals, or make a payment.

New Registration Policies:

Online Registration: All registrations will be automatically placed in pending approval status when your registration is complete.  We will send a second email to confirm your registration status including your invoice and link to pay via credit card.

Meal Pre‑Purchase Requirement   All meals must be purchased in advance as part of your registration no later than September 11, 2026. Meal purchases are non‑refundable after this date, and meal tickets will not be sold on-site due to facility requirements.

On‑Site Registration   If you miss the registration deadline, on‑site registration will be available during the conference (September 28–30, 2026) including a $35 surcharge.

Event Access & Attendee Requirements

Our events are not open to the public. Only registered exhibitors may attend after completing registration through this site. All attendees must wear their 2026 Fall Seminar name badge at all times.

Third‑party partners, consultants, lobbyists, or others affiliated with your organization must register under their own company’s exhibit or sponsorship to attend or network at the event.

NYSAC reserves the right to accept or reject any registration submitted through this CVENT application.
