Thank you for registering for our upcoming event!

You may register here as a sponsor, non-county official registrant, or NYSAC Partner. 

If you would like to register as an exhibitor in addition to your sponsorship, you can complete your exhibitor registration here:  https://1.cventevents.com/NYSACFS26Exhibit

Third-party partners, consultants, lobbyists, or others you work with must register under their own company’s exhibit or sponsorship in order to network  at or attend the event.

NEW REGISTRATION POLICIES:

• All sponsor registrations will be pending approval when you first register. Once approval is granted, you'll receive another email including your invoice and a link to pay via credit card.
• Meal Pre-Purchase Requirement: All meals must be pre-purchased as part of your registration package no later than September 11, 2026. Unfortunately, meals cannot be added or refunded after this date.
• On-Site Registration: For those who miss the registration deadline, on-site registration will be available during the conference, September 28-30, 2026. A $35 surcharge will apply to all on-site registrations.

Event Access and Attendee Requirements

Please note that our events are not open to the public. Only registered exhibitors, sponsors, members, and non-county official registrants are permitted to attend. All attendees must wear our official 2026 fall event name badge to be present.

NYSAC reserves the right to reject or accept any and all registrations completed in this CVENT application without cause.
