Conference registration does not include your hotel needs or meals.  You can find information about area hotels at www.nysac.org/fallseminar

*All meals must be pre-purchased online as part of your registration package no later than September 11th, 2026. Meal tickets will not be available for purchase on-site due to pre-order requirements of the facility. Meals cannot be refunded after this date.

A $35 surcharge will be added to on-site walk-in registrations.

 * If you are a state or federal official or with a private company, please do not use this online registration site.  Private companies should visit www.nysac.org to learn more about marketing opportunities and to register. State or federal officials should send an email to cyoung@nysac.org to learn about your registration options.

Special Dietary Needs

**The hotel can accommodate special dietary requests for VEGETARIAN, VEGAN, and GLUTEN FREE meals if needed.  Special dietary requests can only be provided if the attendee makes this request in advance BY September 11th, 2026. Dietary requests that have not been booked prior to August 22nd cannot be honored. Please note that our meal selections do not contain nuts, but the hotel kitchen does work with nuts in other menus. We are currently unable to offer Kosher meals, or other diet options that are not listed below.

If you do not require one of these diet options, the normal meal package will apply.
